Our platform researches, writes, and illustrates articles for the websites you set up as projects. By using our services, you agree to:
You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide and to the articles and images ArticlesQ generates for you. You grant us a license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. You are responsible for the material you upload — including logos, brand character photos, and any text you paste in — and you confirm you have the rights to use it.
Articles and images are produced by AI models. They are grounded in live search results, but they can still be wrong, out of date, or unintentionally similar to something published elsewhere — including to content generated for another customer who asked about the same keyword. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish, and for the consequences of publishing it.
You agree not to use ArticlesQ to generate content that is defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful, and not to present generated material as professional advice in fields where that requires a licence, such as medical, legal, or financial advice.
Content produced through ArticlesQ is generated with artificial intelligence. Some jurisdictions require AI-generated content to be disclosed, labelled, or marked when it is published — notably the transparency obligations in Article 50 of the European Union's AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
For the purposes of those rules, ArticlesQ is the provider of a content generation tool. When you publish what you generated on your own website or anywhere else, you are the one deploying that content, and you are responsible for:

Search rankings, traffic, and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and your own website. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, level of traffic, or commercial outcome from publishing content produced with ArticlesQ.
Our public API and SDK are provided so you can pull your own articles into your own site or app. Keys are scoped to a single project, and we may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access that threatens the stability of the service or that is used to retrieve content belonging to another account.
We offer subscription plans with different allowances and features. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing cycle, and your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Article and image generation is metered, so a plan's allowance applies to the billing period in which it is granted and unused allowance does not roll over.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges occur.
We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds for subsequent renewals are generally not provided except in exceptional circumstances, evaluated case by case.
Generation carries a per-use cost we pay to third parties, so where you have already used part of your plan's allowance a refund is reduced in proportion to what you have used. Everything you have not used is refunded in full.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.
ArticlesQ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, or any content provided by or through our services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
