ArticlesQ ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI article writing platform.
We collect information from you when you register, set up a project, or use our services:
Generating an article means sending your instructions and your project's brand settings to the third-party AI providers we use to produce that output. Your keyword, brand voice, uploaded logo and character images, and the article being worked on are shared only to generate what you asked for. They process it for that purpose and we do not authorise them to use it for anything else.
We may also look up publicly available information about the domain you enter — such as its pages and its search visibility — through third-party data providers, so articles fit your site.
The articles and images ArticlesQ produces for you are yours. We do not publish them anywhere on your behalf except where you ask us to, and we do not resell them or use them as another customer's content.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Passwords are hashed, API keys are stored as hashes rather than in readable form, and data is encrypted in transit. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Deleting an article in ArticlesQ does not remove copies you have already published elsewhere.
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the service and to measure how it is used. Some keep you signed in and are cleared when you close your browser; others persist so we can recognize you on your next visit. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, though signing in will not work without the session cookie.
Content you request through our public API is returned to whoever holds the API key for that project, which is how your articles reach your own website. Keep your keys private and revoke any key you no longer use.
We also use third-party providers to perform functions on our behalf, such as AI generation, file and image storage, payment processing, service emails, and product analytics. They receive only what they need to do that work and are not permitted to use it for anything else. We do not sell your information.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the site or by other appropriate means, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of ArticlesQ after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
